One of the most ignored factors in any business is the need to train. It is common practice that when employees are accepted into a position there is either little or no time to train them, and they are left to fend for themselves. Not only is this demoralising, but it is extremely unfair on the individual.
Based on policies and procedures, we can do a detailed training needs analysis, which will entail, most importantly, interviews with peers and managers.
We can then use these results to tailor specific training programmes based on policies and procedures.
